Neil Foreman
Previous Director & Financial Adviser
Neil is the founder, having built a strong foundation of longstanding clients based largely on referrals; testament to his reputation for providing the highest quality professional advice.
Starting in banking at 18, Neil became an Account Manager and moving onto a Management role. Seeking a new challenge in 1991, he joined Allied Dunbar which, through many iterations, became The Openwork Partnership. He never looked back from this decision, enjoying supporting his clients on a daily basis.
Sophie Garrett (Foreman)
Director & Financial Adviser
Sophie has her Diploma in Financial Planning and is the Managing Director of the business. She enjoys open conversations with our clients, establishing their goals and working on their financial plans with them. She is also on a personal mission to help millennials make more of their money.
Outside of the office Sophie enjoys long runs, pottery and looking after her pet tortoise, Clement.
Michelle Grayson
Practice Manager
Michelle is the most recent member of the team, joining us as Practice Manager following a 20 year career at Virgin Atlantic where she was Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer. Michelle is people orientated, her strength lies in fostering open communication, building resilient systems and creating a supportive environment where everyone can succeed.
Outside of work Michelle enjoys spending time with her family, gardening and cooking.
Fiona Fuller
Business Support
Fiona has many years’ experience in Financial Service administration, having previously worked for well-established high street banks and insurers. Fiona has experience in administering a vast array of products and prides herself in providing personal and professional customer service. She joined the team in 2019.
Outside of work Fiona is an active member of Esther’s Academy a women’s holistic programme and is a keen long-distance runner.
Lauren Reeves
Business Support
With a background in property management, Lauren has joined Woldingham Financial Services to manage the Mortgage Desk, whilst training as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser. Eager to learn and passionate about helping clients, Lauren is excited to guide you through your home-buying journey with friendly, expert support.
In her free time, Lauren enjoys being busy in the garden and long walks with her energetic spaniel Alfie.
